This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
